Welcome

Utopianways was created by one of Swirve.com’s Utopia players, Lady Solaris, in February of 1998 in order to present a challenging, up-to-date, and informative game support site to the entire utopian community. Throughout the utopian ages, Utopianways has had the encouragement and input of Utopia’s creator, Mehul Patel, and we wish to renew our gratitude to Mehul for his kindness and support.

While there are numerous web sites on the web devoted to Utopia, Utopianways is not comparable to any of them. This web site is simply a starting point. We do not strive to be "the" site, the "best" site: we just had fun creating it and hope that old and new players alike will find many different "utopian ways" to play Swirve's Utopia.

Site structure

Utopianways.com is divided in 4 main sections: The Basics, The Guide, News, and Information. The Basics section contains an introduction to the world of Utopia, rules applying to the various servers, a basic Navigation guide to the various parts of the game, a detailed Monarchy guide, Utopia history, game statistics, and Common Abbreviations.

The Guide is an extended and revised edition of the Guide to Utopia provided by Swirve.com and is intended to clarify some concepts that may be difficult to understand. The structure of The Guide has been preserved as much as possible for ease of comparison between the two.

The News section contains a quick reference to age changes and this site's news.

The World of Legends game started on April 27, 2006 and will end some time in July 2006.

The Genesis game started on February 16, 2006 and will end some time in June 2006.

The Great Utopian War started on May 26, 2006 and will run until its completion.
